KEEPCARING Project at EORNA 2026

In May 2026, the European perioperative nursing community will gather in Dubrovnik for the EORNA 2026 Congress, a major international meeting bringing together operating room nurses, researchers, and healthcare professionals to exchange knowledge and discuss developments in surgical care.

During the congress, Johanne Søborg Hartmann, Operating Room Nurse and Clinical Nurse Specialist, Copenhagen University Hospital, Rigshospitalet will present the KEEPCARING project from an Operating Room (OR) nurse perspective.

The presentation will highlight how initiatives like KEEPCARING contribute to supporting perioperative teams and promoting healthier, more sustainable hospital workplaces across Europe. Sharing these insights within the EORNA community offers an opportunity to connect research and innovation with the everyday realities of operating room professionals.
